Topic: Shameless self-promo: my novel is released on May 19th! (NSC) Return to archive
18th May 2006 07:34 AM
Monkey Woman Gazza, Jeep and others already know about it, but I've written a fantasy novel (in French, sorry) wich goes to the stores on Monday, May 22nd!

(And not the 19th as I posted yesterday. Printer's delayed. But Amazon.fr has it!)

Title: Shalinka, tome 1: L'Héritier du Tigre

The publisher is Le Navire en pleine ville, a "young" little publisher which has just launched a collection for adolescents & young adults... But older readers who tried it have all good reports, even those who don't read much fantasy and sci-fi generally!

The first pages are online here... !

P.S. English language readers, please be patient... The editoress tells me a UK-based agent is interested, so maybe a translation will follow in a year or two

Meanwhile, have a good read.

Monkey Woman Thanks a lot, everybody! I'll take all the luck and good vibrations!

Ju, you can either get it at Amazon.fr or try the local bookshops on Monday. The Fnac and Sauramps in Montpellier will have it, that's a sure thing.
