The guy obviously can't keep his hand out his pants... BTW, I found that that pic in the French record collector's magazine "Jukebox". There's no photo credit but the caption says it was taken on October 18th 1964, in Belgium. The Stones were recording a few songs for BRT, the Flemish-speaking TV. According to the article, the Minister of the Interior (head of police!) was "concerned" about the Stones appearance in a teenager's programme and had to be talked out of banning the show.
