Jair Is Charlie talking at the end of the song? Gee, I never paid much attention in this song, but something Happened To Me Yesterday

I bought the UK edition of Between the Buttons SACP and then I started to listen this albun again and wow...Charlie talks!
Cool. He coukd do it more.
