Jaxx Stones successful in Rolling out 1963-2002 collection: The Rolling Stones reached an agreement with former manager Allen Klien, who owns the rights to recordings the group made between 1963-70.

The band hired the management team of Borman-Moir to manage the double CD retrospective, which will be released on EMI's Virgin label through a lease-arrangement deal.

That means when the Stones' Virgin deal is up, the group will be free to lease the new retrospective, plus their entire post 1970 catalog to the highest bidder.

Allen Klien controls all material originally recorded for the London label in the US and Decca Records in the UK, which includes the albums. England's Newest Hit Makers; 12 X 5; The Rolling Stones, Now; Out Of Our Heads; December's Children; Big Hits; Aftermath; Got Live If You Want It; Between The Buttons; Flowers; Their Satanic Majesties Request; Beggars Banquet, Through The Past, Darkly, and Metamorphosis.

Klien rereleased the early catalog on his own label, ABKCO.
