The band hired the management team of Borman-Moir to manage the double CD retrospective, which will be released on EMI's Virgin label through a lease-arrangement deal.

That means when the Stones' Virgin deal is up, the group will be free to lease the new retrospective, plus their entire post 1970 catalog to the highest bidder.

Allen Klien controls all material originally recorded for the London label in the US and Decca Records in the UK, which includes the albums. Klien rereleased the early catalog on his own label, ABKCO.
