I actually very much doubt there will be official and "Apple-endorsed" information as to how to do this out there on ipod.com,but I have passed on my question to them. After all they want to make money by selling you the video downloads on iTunes.... Not too sure what the legal/copyright situation is either, my reasoning is that I simply want to download MY DVDs I have already legally purchased onto a medium I would like to watch these through (like when I'm bored on trains/planes). Surely, this ought to be treated exactly in the same way as when we used to copy vinyl onto tapes to listen to on our car radio???? It's not as if I'm ripping some "poor artist" off through piracy....
I have just remembered who to ask, so if I get lucky, I'll let you know here, Jack... |
