LadyJane THIS is the pic I've wanted to see as a header.

Can we PLEASE leave it up for a couple of days.

It's very comforting.

VoodooChileInWOnderl ...and I am one of the few who have this printed from Kevin's original, long story why it is not available anymore. Gazza and Fernando Aceves own another originals.

© T-shirt by Robert Altman, Keith by Kevin Mazur and the Voodoo Girls by me!

Now with the tee and the caption it says it all

  • He, along with the cockroaches will survive the armagedeon, holocausts, nuclear wars or whatever cause the end of the world.

  • He's toooooo tough to die

FotiniD Yeah, lovely picture of them two together.
Despite all the born-again Christian stuff that I don't exactly find to my liking, I think he's really, really lucky and blessed to have Patti by his side. The woman really loves him.

And she's more than lucky to have him of course
Life can never get boring, with a husband who's hospitalized in his 62s cause he was climbing palm trees!

can I ask where you got it? Its a must own!!

I was at the Rainforest Benefit show the night Mazur took that pic of Keith.

the whole show Keith was drinking and heckling Steve Jordan behind his kit.

and when it was his time to hit the stage Keith absolutely rocked the house!!!
walked out holding his strat up high, then dropped it at his waist, looked around, flicked his cigarette into the crowd and started riffin the the nasty chords of Runnin Too Deep. Too cool!

Runnin Too Deep > Key To The Highway (w/Dr John!!) > Happy

Keith was the epitomy of cool that night

Nellcote This is no joke.
Years ago, sometime between Bridges & Licks, I bought this shirt from a skateboard vendor somewhere in SoCal, online.
I remember calling them, they said they had such demand, they decided to make more.
These days, Google is a great thing...
try this, it's the manufacturer, mine has this label on the sleeve, FUCT, add too tough to die, see where it leads you

Saint Sway thanks Nellcote. Will do.

Dead_Flowers Good to see Keith is doing well!

jb Patti and keith seem very tight...unlike the image cultivated for years, Keith appears quite tame and the ultimate family man. Mick, on the other hand, is truly the ":wandering spirit". I think Mick is much more interesting , but Keith more real.

glencar Great photo that Gypsy posted. Patti just seems so cool with Keith. Very loving & relaxed.
11th May 2006 11:26 AM
Saint Sway got it! Thanks again Nellie. If anyone else is looking for the tee, go to fuct.com

they'res sold out of the blue one keith's sporting but they have it in gold or red in either small or medium.

cheers!

GotToRollMe Thanks for the info and link, Nellcote and Saint Sway. I wanna get me one of those. I still have my first Stones t-shirt. It's over 30 years old now. This is a pic of me wearing it (of course I was a mere child at the time...ahem).

glencar You are the girl?
11th May 2006 01:28 PM
jb The 1978 is an x-tra large and barely fits my 9 yr old..lol I was either very skinny or that shirt really shrunk..probably a combination of the 2...I lost my original 75 shirt from 75 gator Bowl....you just didn't realize back then that this stuff would be so valuavble...we were wasted.
