gimmekeef Nero Wave Editor will convert files ...likely other free sources out there too.Do you meant the mp4 type from ITunes?....

headshrinker yeh its an itunes file but its called m4a. will this work in nero?

justinkurian I just burn 'em to CD or CD-RW (if I don't have enough to fill to a CD), and then rip it to WAV. But, I'm sure there's an easier way.
