monkey_man Atlanta always wins the division and then folds like a pair of three's in the post season! This year they will not get past the Mets!

Nellcote Pedro will want to go sit under the Mango tree at the All Star break, and strain a ligament jet skiing.
Bank on it.
27th April 2006 07:37 PM
lotsajizz doesn't mean he won't go 19-7 with a 2.81 ERA!!

Pedro, Wagner and Floyd are all likely to be on the DL this year. No soup for you. Come back one year!

Mets fans and baseball fans in general (except BoSox) will appreciate this site. Scroll down to the black screen and press play.

That's some cruel shit but 2004 has more than eased that pain. Except the real blame goes to Gedman, Stanley & Schiraldi. Buckner had no business on that field to begin with.

That's some funny shit right there! Mets are the team to beat in the NL this year. They will most likely be facing SF in the playoffs. You heard it here first!

monkey_man I'm with you on the Yankees but I grew up 10 blocks from Shea and the Mets are in my blood. I went to the SF/Mets day game at Pac Bell the other day . . .great game! Giants look good this year. I still can't stand Barry Bonds though!

7th May 2006 12:35 AM
time is on my side I'm a big BRAVES fan (been following them for close to 40 years & normally attend 10 to 15 games a year). However, as the saying goes, all good things come to an end.

This is the METS year to win the division.

Corporate ownership has finally caught up with the Braves. The METS simply have better pitching & their everyday lineup has been vastly improved from last year. They've spent tons of money to insure this. This is the year the pieces finally fit.

Tommy G is really pitching fantastic right now and should win his 300th game next year (wasn't he a Brave omce upon a TIME???)
