Factory Girl How is Johnny's health these days? I am excited about him touring and the new cd. Also, I think its cool that Robert cray is playing with JW.

T&A I don't think Cray is playing with him - a producer associated with Cray was involved in JW's album...

T&A like I said, Mac Daddy, he's been in kinda of bad shape, physically, the past few years. He sits on a chair and does little singing...and his guitar chops have been "off." Maybe he's better now...dunno.....

Factory Girl When I saw JW live he was using a cane and just seemed very weak. His band "carried" him musically.

Then, I read that he's had a hip replacement recently. Was that the extent of his illness, or is there more to it?

Martha Thanks for the heads up 10K. I'm interested in seeing Johnny live. Caught Edgar a few years ago in a Club up in Columbus. Nice night.
