....that I didn't do something stupid like buy a fan club membership.

I'm only buying tickets for the show I take my family to...because I can't chance not sitting together...and Roseland(if I can) because I can't afford scalper prices for a theatre gig. Ticketsnow has theatre tickes at $6000.00+.

The press kit says that tickets for club/theatre gigs will be $50.00 per....yeah, right, if you get through on ticketmaster.com within the 1st 10 seconds. After that...you better know sombody, or mortage the house. I have an ugly feeling that these theatre shows will be full of people who just want to be seen at the Stones club gig, and us real fans will watch all the "beautiful" people walk through those ropes.

I have the same feeling CardinalX. Unfortunately I got caught up in all the frenzy and bought memberships all over the f-ing place. I ended up with only Giants Stadium golden circle-and it better be great! I am still gonna try ticketbastard though.

I've been viewing the threads from you guys over the last two days without saying too much as it will be another year or so before the guys get down here. I was gonna catch 'em at Earls Court, but that looks to be off now too(for me). I've gotta say, I think the ticket prices are gonna go thru the roof here in OZ. Whatever happened to the working class heroes I grew up with? It's not just The Stones, it's every band/artist! Maybe I'm just a whining pain in the posterior but, 6,000+ for theatre tickets! Jesus Christ better be the support! I can see in excess of 300 dollars for the arena shows here at least. Still time will tell.......Some bands they want everything 'n the world you couldn't possibly ima.....gine!

On June 16, 2001 the hit counter of the WET page was inserted here, it had 174,489 hits. Now the hit counter is for both the page and the board. The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
