HomerJRichards When is this movie going go be released?

Corgi, heard any release dates for it in Australia?

HellsRollingThunder I first heard the date of May 15th, but after searching it is still in
post production and the article said some things may be changed
in the movie or whatever. Also the title has supposedly changed
to "Stoned" instead of TWWBJ. So if anyone knows anything new
please share. Thanks.

glencar The original title is about all that movie had going for it. I say we all boycott this thing!

stonedinaustralia a lot of people seem keen to pre-judge this thing - why is that??

personally i'm looking forward to seeing it if for no other reason than it is , to my knowledge, the first attempt to commit the stones history (or part of it) to film (outside documentarys)

i have no doubt there will be some factual howlers and people will complain that "he didn't look a bit like Mick" and so on

it's success or failure will stand and fall, imho, on the actors' and director's ability to capture the mood of the times and the nature of the interpersonal relationships between the main players

BrianJonesForever The guy who plays Charlie in the movie emailed me and asked me to endorse this movie on my site. He was nice, but I won't do it until I've seen it, for all we know it could be simply a movie highlighting all of the bad things Brian did in his life.

GhostofBrianJones More from what I have heard so far, the movie is about his relationship with Anita Pallenberg, and then about his life at
Cotchford Farm and his demise. I would like to see it myself to
see how much fact there is and how much supposition. For
quirky sake here, I think Jon Bon Jovi would look more like Brian
Jones than Leo Gregory, but don't know if Jon can act or not and
am not that familiar with his singing either, but I do think he is a
real hot looking man anyway.

To BrianJones4Ever: Can understand why you are reluctant to
post about the movie on your site until you have seen it. However,
if I may please be so bold here, I would be glad to post something
on my site(s) if he is willing to email me at: [email protected]. if this acceptable with you.
Thanks to all for information and thoughts.
