"Audit raps HK govt for troubled Sars concerts
HONG KONG - An official audit released on Wednesday criticised the Hong Kong government for spending HK$100 million (US$12.8 million) on a morale-boosting concert series headlined by the Rolling Stones after the territory's Sars outbreak.

The Stones enjoyed a sizable turnout, but overall attendance at the concerts was disappointing, with an average of 43 per cent of the seats sold, Hong Kong's Director of Audit Benjamin Tang said in a report summary, adding that the concerts were also plagued by lineup flip-flops. "
