Sex offender disputes probation terms

MILFORD
A 31-year-old Oxford man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting an estranged girlfriend in July 2001 was sentenced Wednesday to a seven years in prison.

But Stephen Skurat, a burly man with a Rolling Stones tattoo on his neck, told a Superior Court judge that he disagreed with many of the terms of his probation, including having his name listed on a sex offender registry.
