I'm looking to top off my Stones collection (which contains all of the 2002 remasters up to and including Let It Bleed) with these two classics, but I am wary of the quality of the CD sound, because they are not part of the same remaster series as the albums that preceded these two. Does anyone know if the quality of these CD remasters is good, or if a new master of either of these two is on the way?

it is good... I'm sure it'll be redone one day, maybe when they decide to add on bonus tracks too!

The quality of Sticky and EOMS is pretty good, considering the remasters were done around 1994. The c1994 remasters were a big improvement over the versions of Sticky and EOMS that first appeared in the 80's. So be sure to pick up the versions from the 90's (which I believe were issued with Virgin's imprint).
