I was just wondering what people think is the best live boot from the 1972 US Tour. I currently only have the soundtrack to Ladies and Gents, and I definitely want to expand my collection from this fantastic tour. How is the Unreleased Decca Live Album? (I know a lot of it is from the same shows as Ladies and Gentlemen)

There's only one to get: Touring Party 1972 by Rattlesnake: 7 CD's with all known radio soundboards, New York sound board, Montreax rehearsels and much more. If you have this, you got 90% of the good stuff.

I was disappointed w/ the Unreleased Decca album....While the performances are decent, the sound isn't what I'd hoped. Mick does sing his ass off though. Definitely Jagger at his high point live. I heard a King Biscuit Flower Hour in '72 off this tour, and it was great. Anyone know what show this would have been? |

Just look at that header pic -- does that not just say it all. Makes me wish I had a time machine just to drop in on '72 and see a show. |

This could be the permanent header pic for all I care.
Just look at Keith.
That is EXACTLY what KeepRigid looks like when he sits in parking lots during the day, watching pigeons. |
