Topic: Just my imagination 78 uncensored? Return to archive
16th April 2007 10:20 PM
mrhipfl I just downloaded the 1978 out on bail bootleg and I love the version of "just my imagination" on there. The problem is is that the best part, "but in reality, she doesn't fucking know me," is censored. Does anybody know if there is an uncensored version out there somewhere?

LastChild in mine he says, "she doesnt even know me." it does not sound edited or anything either. maybe thats how he actually sang it, like in the studio version.

GotToRollMe He sings the line that way on the 7/6/78 Masonic Hall, Detroit gig on Wolfgang's Vault:

By the way, mrhipfil, isn't that the '78 Capitol Theatre gig? I'd love to know where you dl'ed it. TIA.

It says that only tracks 7, 8, and 9 were from the capitol theatre. The rest are from Memphis.

I got it here: http://www.iorr.org/talk/read.php?2,685849,685849#msg-685849

mp3 files btw.

Is there any way to download off of wolfgang's vault??

I've also found "Out On Bail" here:
http://www.hungercity.org/details.php?id=874

You can record the webcast using a program such as this:
http://www.supermp3recorder.com/
Even though it's called "Super MP3 Recorder," it also will record in WAV format.
If you'd like a free version, PM me.
