greetings all
my old thread vanished
not sure if i'm breaking any board protocols
and i don't want to be regarded as a spammer
just a music lover
anyway
here's the link with the info
http://www.libertygroup.com/cal/stones4year_cal.html
it's a 15 piece band

Don't worry Craig, sometimes informative threads or news get buried into the archives soon because when the message board reaches 150 topics, the last 50 are moved to an archive. So feel free to repost when necessary or reply with a "bump" to give some additional days alive |

Saw them do this the night before the SARSFest dealio. worth the 10 hour drive!!! I thought I got Exile prior, but after you see them do this....... Make sure you smoke up prior. And, in Cananda they do not let you bring your drink into the resroom, so make sure a bouncer guards it for you... |

i'll deny this in a court of law
but the phoenix concert theatre holds about 1500 people
and when the lights go down
and the band walks on
there's more than one person lighting up
it makes us dizzy sometimes
all that aroma drifting up to the stage |

i take it there is no law against smoking indoors in bars in toronto? |
|
midnite craig |
no
smoking indoors is strickly prohibited
but everyone turns a blind eye if someone lights up a joint
it happens at a few of the bigger venues around town
it's what makes toronto the world's headquarters
for common sense
we rehearse with the full horn section tonight
can't wait to hear them kick into 'let it loose'
also
we're performing 'all down the line' on Q107 this thursday
the kim mitchell show
around 5
this freaks me out
because there'll be about 200,000 people listening
'casino boogie' is my favourite song right now
last week it was 'turd on the run'
singing some of these songs
i realize how little cred mick got for his lyrics
they're poetic funny and provoking
he'd roll his eyes if he heard that
