gorda I have relatives living near the border and on the weekends, all the teenage gringos cross over to Mexico to party. The drinking age is 18 in Mexico, as opposed to 21 in the U.S. I haven't partied down there in years, but back in the early 90's, all the clubs were filled with drunk gringos.
