The whole story of the rock and satanism link never ceazes to amaze me, with regards to how many "Christians" fall for this crap. I'm guessing it's a dna thing. Some faulty gene.
Found this completely ridiculous little piece of writing on the net, really funny (translated from Greek)... Count the crazy 'facts' and mix-ups
In America, there is a union named Wicca... [...] the Rolling Stones are part of it, they're part of a demonic cult of San Diego. It has been remarked that in Rolling Stones gigs, their fans are the ones responsible for the safety of the band - they call them "Hell's Angels" - and kill one person every time the Stones sing "Sympathy for the Devil".
People writing stuff like that are really crazy... And dangerous too...

Well I don't know how deep the connection goes between rock n roll and satanism. But to say that rock n roll has never flirted with satanism is hardly true either. There's been tons of satanic imagery used in rock over the years.

Rock 'n' roll has flirted with satanism, true. It has flirted with a whole bunch of other things as well, that doesn't mean much on its own.
And to think that there's a whole underground movement which attempts to steal innocent souls of teenagers, as most of these articles, books or "preachers" suggest... well, that's plain ridiculous.
There're lots of drugs involved in rock 'n' roll too, much more than satanism is. I don't think the majority of the people listening to this music became addicts because of that.
My point is: if you want to be a satanist, if you want to take drugs, if you want to ride your bicycle, whatever, it's something you'll do with your own responsibility. It's not like rock 'n' roll music started a 666 propaganda or even took it all that seriously.

Maybe parents should get together and burn their records.
