I take it you're not too fond of them, I do like the Robin Trower era of this band. Conquistador and Repent Walpurgis are my favorites of theirs.

We made the rounds to say hello to all of them and then it was gig time. Another pretty good show, if louder than usual. But Mick, Keith and Charlie played really well, and the overall feeling was loose and fun.

FrankiePeppers Actually, I kind of liked that version. At least it sounds different than the version we've been hearing for the past 17 years. On the warhorse thread everybody wanted this song off the setlist, now everyone rushes to it's defense. Let somebody else have a crack at it if you want the Stones to retire it.

I have an mp3 of the full song, but I think it's a different version with just Alice.
7th April 2006 10:54 PM
VoodooChileInWOnderl yes that's a different version
8th April 2006 10:52 PM
VoodooChileInWOnderl LOL I received the following comment by a user

"alice cooper sounds so much much better than mick jagger ever sounded siging start me up. alice brings the energy to it"
