Following the hugely successful rock concert at the Royal Albert Hall in 2004, The Lord's Taverners will be hosting another concert this year on Thursday 6 April.

In 2004 The Lord's Taverners raised well over £100,000 thanks largely to rock and roll legends giving their time for free. Eric Clapton starred alongside a host of household names, including Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings, Jools Holland, Geno Washington, The Zombies, Peter Carrack and Peter Green. Sir Bob Geldof surprised all on the night with an unexpected cameo piece.

We are set for another memorable night this year with a host of stars turning out for The Lord's Taverners again. Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings will provide the backline throughout the evening. Alongside Bill will be an A to Z of legends who will undoubtedly entertain music fans of all generations. They include Hugh Cornwell, Georgie Fame, Midge Ure, KiKi Dee, Fabba Girls, Geno Washington, Andy Fairweather-Lowe, Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel, and Paul Young.

This Who's Who of ‘rock and roll' will be added to with a list of surprise stars to further entertain you on the night.

We do hope you are able to join us at the Royal Albert Hall on 6 April to enjoy this spectacle and to support the work of The Lord's Taverners.
