Topic: Stanley Booth's book about the Stones. Return to archive
2nd April 2008 09:03 PM
guitarman53 I finished reading "The True Adventures of The Rolling Stones" of Stanley Booth's book, it goes hand in hand with Michael Lydon's magazine in Ramparts, of the '69 tour, & the film "Gimme Shelter" it's all there in truth about what happened, some details are more in Michael Lydon excellent magazine & Stanley Booth's book, great reading, especially if your already familiar with the '69 tour, Stanley Booth's book goes into more detail about the dope being done, while Michael Lydon just reports about the main details of the tour, fantastic.
