M.O.W.A.T. Because I've heard it for the first time tonight and it kicks ass.

VoodooChileInWOnderl That is a remix, to be honest I don't like it at all. I do prefer her original funky version in her LP "Gimme Shelter"

By far her best LP is the S/T second album "Merry Clayton"

For tracks details visit our very old website dedicated to Merry. I need to update it LOL, I have much more info that the one there

VoodooChileInWOnderl Here's some of the things for the upcomimg version of the Merry Clayton sub-website... priority is 17, so we have 16 portions of the website to update before

This is Merry Clayton first recording ever. Produced, arranged and conducted by Jack Nitzsche (Session pianos and arrangements for the Rolling Stones)

Her first single "It's in his Kiss" recorded when Merry was just 14 yeras old!

Factory Girl Merry Clayton does a righteous version of GS. Her voice is very powerful and haunting.

Lisa Fisher's version of GS is so pedestrian.
