There is no simple point in time for a complete explanation as to why marijuana is illegal.
General consensus is marijuana control was the choice of the questionable affluent for judicial control over the working classes. Reason being Marijuana a natural plant that requires little to no production to produce an intoxicant was easy for persons of limited to no economic leverage to obtain.
This use of fear of judicial issues always has and always will be an issue that must be contained by the concerns of the noble.
Corruption no matter how it is presented is not a noble pursuit.
As for how it is bad for you...
Like anything over indulgence (gluttony) will create undesired effects. Including gluttony of water. Or chocolate cake. ;-)

Time now for nanky's helpful tips on moving...
Tip #1 - be sure to get wrecked before the movers come, that way if you get a rare DC snow that makes the roads slightly slippery and the Russian movers drive the moving truck into the fucking ditch, first fucking thing, you don't care so much.

Tip #2 - Know your movers.
Movers are there to help you, and will be handling all of your furniture for several hours -- it is helpful to get to know them.
My movers are Alex, Validmir and Vasily. I was lucky too. Because they got the fucking moving van stuck in the fucking ditch and fucked up the end of my driveway, first fucking thing, their boss Victor (naturally) and his henchm...ah assistant...Valentine came with their 18-wheeler to pull out the fearsome threesome.
Your results may vary. Don't be discouraged if you don't get the mob to help you move.

Tip #3 - Don't assume Russian movers can drive in the snow.
This is an unfortunate myth.
Especially in the DC area.
Fact is, even the most accomplished DC area Ruskie can biff out and drive a full size moving truck into a ditch.
And then spend several minutes spinning out until the driveway is a mangled mess of mud.
If you want to be safe, be sure to ask for Siberian Ruskies to help you move. Fur coat wearing, Stoli swillin', plotting trouble for moose and squirrel types.

Tip #4 -- The term "Ruskie" is apparently not a favored expression by those of the Ukranian persuasion. Using it opens you to threats of physical violence to yourself and that nice 36" TV you used to have.
Avoid using the term near you movers.
