I've never seen a video or DVD of New York 16.1.03. Is it in circulation?
The tokyo 1995 show is visually excellent. Its far from their best performance on that tour, though. They're a bit "flat". Theres much better shows on that tour available as pro-shots. If you have to pick one, go for Rio de janeiro instead
Hampton 81 and Atlantic City 89 are two live telecasts certainly worth getting.
Theres pro-shots from both the 24.2.90 and 26.2.90 Tokyo show. The latter is a TV broadcast and is fantastic in every way. One of the best Stones shows ever. The 24.2.90 is a great show too, but I'd imagine it would be easier to find 26.2.90 in better quality.
Make sure you get Buenos Aires 1998. fantastic performance and a visually breathtaking show made even more special by the wild crowd. Theres a few good unofficial broadcasts from that tour worth finding such as Bremen, Rio and the Double Door club show.
