moy 'London Calling' exhibit fearures amazing art from Jerry Hall's niece

Seems Kenny Goss isn't the only Dallasite with close ties to the British music and art scenes.

LONDON CALLING, a new exhibition at Kristy Stubbs Gallery, spotlights the work of Lone Oak native and SMU grad Elaine Ferguson, with contributions by famed Brit photographer David ( Blowup) Bailey, Rolling Stone Ron Wood and Elaine's cousin, Georgia Jagger.

Figured it out? Ferguson is the daughter of Terry Hall, twin sister of Jerry Hall, ex of Mick Jagger. To say the March 27 opening rocked would be an understatement. And the art is pretty amazing, too.

London Calling, through May 8, Kristy Stubbs Gallery, 2606 Fairmount Street, 214-871-9311, stubbsgallery.com

Elaine Ferguson's Feelin' Good...Feelin' Alright, a work in oil, ink, shellac and canvas on wood, is one of the pieces in a new group show at Kristy Stubbs Gallery. Tracy Achor Hayes
