What a wonderful day to drink green Newcastles and forget some of the CRAP I just read on another thread about how the US is a terrorist organization and is populated by a bunch of no minds with no understanding of what its country is doing in the world. I hope those who insulted me and my country have a nice day and manage to grow a set of balls before their country is attacked by those that truly have no regard for human life!!

Funny you should mention green, Tom. It's my favorite color too. In fact yours truly drove through "white out" conditions (15 inches of snow in March ) at rush hour yesterday to secure some VERY sticky green!! Oh yeah!! It's gonna be an extra special St. Patty's Day!!

Been watching " HardBall " and " O'Reilly " a lot recently . Chris Matthews is smart but EXTREMELY reactionary -- the " Nixon " bit from Monday's program was priceless . Then again , anything from that " Vietnam Era " makes The Joey all tingly .

Mathews lost all credibility with me when he admitted voting for Bush.
O'Reilly is truly entertaining but when faced with real facts or when he has to abandon his talking points, he comes off as an ignorant ass.(see Hannity and colmes).

glencar I attended the parade about 6 years back & it was actually quite a sober event. We left Manhattan early though so maybe things get out of hand later on.
