Poison Dart

With word coming today of yet another Mick solo record it seems the roles in the band have reversed.

Back around the time of Talk is Cheap/Dirty Work Mick was taking all kinds of shit about wanting to be nothing but a superstar. While Keith was seen as being the only two hope
to keep the band on track musically.

Now It seems Mick is the music man in the band while Keith is making movies and not interested in making music anymore.

I remember an interview around the time of 40 Licks where Keith kind of hinted that he was about done with writing new stuff. While Jagger is a machine with the new stuff.

In the last few years Jagger has done:
1/Goddess in the Doorway
2/The 40 Licks sessions (which were Mick solo tunes)
3/The Alfie soundtrack
4/ABB (which is a Mick solo album in disguise)
5/The New Mick Solo record.

While Keith has done just about nothing. Keith needs to step up to the plate.
