Keith's role in the film is: Captain Grant "The Sea Sponge" Sparrow. Not Teague, or whatever was reported earlier. Who knows.....

Regarding the Grant / Teague difference, according to Wikipedia, "Grant" is indeed the name of Jack Sparrow's father.

There was a link posted here some days ago, to the "Keep to the code" forum where one of the scriptwriters posted that there was no official statement saying Keith would play Jack's dad and that people just made that up. That of course is wrong, since there were statements made by the producer and some of the cast. Perhaps the scripwriters want to keep an element of surprise - hence the lack of Keith in the trailer, since cameos are supposed to be a surprise.

We'll see! May 25th is not that far away!
