Keith Richard's ex denies affair with Mick Jagger
Out now on DVD is Mick Jagger's controversial 1970 movie Performance. The film, in which Jagger portrays a reclusive rock star named Turner who takes in a London mobster on the lam from his crime boss after a murder, is a distinctive period piece of the late '60s counter-culture. Keith Richards' then-girlfriend Anita Pallenberg co-starred in the film as one of Jagger's lovers.
Over the years many assumed that Pallenberg and Jagger had an offscreen romance as well, but when recently asked by London's The Independent if the pair's on-screen romance ever moved into real life, Pallenberg revealed that, "No, it never did. I was a one-man girl at the time and Keith was the man for me. I loved him. And anyway, Jagger was the last guy I would have done that with... The movie signaled the end of the hippie era and the end of innocence."
Prior to her ten-year relationship with Richards, Pallenberg was romantically linked with the Rolling Stones' late co-founder Brian Jones. She and Richards eventually had three children, including a son Tara who died of SIDS in 1976. The couple split in 1978. |

I tend to agree. That's bullshit! For years there has been talk of the "lost footage" and an x-rated version of the outtakes that included MICK & Anita doing it. Yet it's odd that no one on the RS message boards has ever actually SEEN it! So if anyone has, post it here. You would think there is a copy somewhere in the world, but because it hasn't shown up by now I tend to think it doesn't exist. So maybe Anita is telling the truth? Was it Rumors or will she Deny, deny, deny?! |

not really. I would guess that not too many people on Stones boards in 2007 would have been attending Amsterdam porn festivals in the early 70's...  Anyway, most collectors Ive known down the years dont happen to post on internet forums. And most people on the forums anyway arent really hardcore (no pun intended) collectors either.

I long believed that too, but apparently it does. However, just because something exists doesnt mean that its going to fall into the hands of someone who's going to copy and distribute it. Theres countless Stones footage that exists that hasnt been 'bootlegged'. Same with film outtakes. This footage is almost 40 years old. There simply wasnt the means available to widely pirate it back then, and I would imagine the clips in question were quickly buried or maybe even destroyed.

The interview is merely denying that they had a 'romance'.That part is most likely true. Theres a significant difference between that and the two of them having a sex scene in a film which got a bit carried away as a one-off.

Nope...I always dismised it as an urban myth. I think it was Mathijs who mentioned in a thread here some months ago that he has it on good authority that it definitely did exist (whether it still does, I dont know). I dont know of ANYONE who has seen it however.

The answer is less interesting than that, I'm afraid. This isnt a porn site. I dont want to log on to my computer at work some morning, with my boss hovering over me only to see a video of Anita Pallenberg being rogered senseless.
