Topic: Great White vs The Black Crowes? Return to archive Page: 1 2
16th March 2007 03:45 PM
Dan I have seen both bands live and there is little difference in presentation or the type of material played. I was reminded again at the gig last week of the similarities between the two. Both bands are best known for cover songs of the 70's and play a gratituoutis amount of Stones and Zeppelin material. They are more known for the songs they have covered than any original material. Even though they seem like almost the same band to me, I am sure everyone has their preferences. Who do you like the best?

Or start returning my empty beer bottles.

I have a job! Unfortunately putting the breaks on a 4 month orgy of self indulgence is like trying to stop a runaway train. Luckily free shows and guest list spots have been plentiful so far this year.

Is Zombies/Ian Hunter/The Charms worth $20? Is it worth $50?
16th March 2007 04:33 PM
glencar It's worth $50 easily. I love me some Ian Hunter. Get there now!

It was just the singer and some hired hands, not the real band.
