--Disgruntled spouse

--Loss of sanity

--Someone in the family needs medical help and this is the only way to raise funds.

LadyJane I was thinking more along the lines of a vindictive spouse selling hubby or wifey's collection.

I do believe the murder of said spouse would be excused in Court. At least if I were on the jury!!!
