Maxlugar Was flippin through the new Goldmine that I was telling you about in my earlier post and its says Phil Specter plays guitar on Heart of Stone.

Anyone ever hear of that? I never thought he was an actual musician. then again I'm not a big fan of that Wall of Sound stuff. Just Great Walls of Stonesia.

That's it...

Mmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmaxy!

yellow1 Maybe they're confusing him with Jimmy Page who played on some versions of Heat of Stone.

I think Page played on the version of HOS that appeared on 'Metamorphisis'.

sandrew I've always thought that solo was too good for either Keith or Brian during that period.

Nasty Habits I thought that Goldmine article said Phil Spector played guitar on "Play with Fire". Which I didn't know. I also heard he's singing lead on "Fuckin' Andrew".

Whenever I hear the Crystal's "He's a Rebel", I think of the opening scene in "The True Adventures of The Rolling Stones" when they're driving around looking for the Altamont Speedway the day before the show and that song is playing in the car.

On June 16, 2001 the hit counter of the WET page was inserted here, it had 174,489 hits. Now the hit counter is for both the page and the board. The hit counter of the ITW board had 1,127,645 hits when it was closed and the Coolboard didn't have hit counter but was on line only two months and a half.
