speedfreakjive I'm a pubescent when it comes to live shows.
My only gig was 2003, Manchester , England.
However, I have to agree with those that say the warhorses are 'all that' when you see them live. Its all very well posting here and saying, get rid of SFTD, or whatever.

Brown Sugar was so good, It was on the B-Stage which I was 6 rows from. Same goes for Mannish Boy, and SFM, and If You Can't Rock Me.

Egbert I like what they did with Heartbreaker on the Europe '73 boots with that funky "CHiPS-style" break in the middle - funny stuff.

Also Gimme Shelter with Lisa always sounds good to me.

Same with Hang Fire from that era, I love how its just Keith riffing away on guitar for the intro before the rest of the band comes in. Pure raw power!!

Yes a very smart call. And Mick's decision to co-write the songs with Rob Thomas from Matchbox 20 was even more brilliant.

its no wonder the 7,000 folks that bought GITD consider it the greatest R&R record since Physical Graffiti.

Yeeeesh!! I don't take those folks serious at all. The TRUE GITD fans consider it the best rock album since Back To The Egg!!

joguema First song I listen to after having downloaded/received a disc with a new concert always is

MIDNIGHT RAMBLER

I always love, how they kind of tune their instruments for a minute or so and then suddenly start the song.
