Honky Tonk Man I don't beleive it. The Glastonbury Festival takes place from the 27 - 29 June. On the 27th and the 29th IORR is reporting that the boys are more than likely to be playing in Spain.

If the Stones WERE to play Glasto, they would be playing the "Old Gits" Sunday Slot. Thats the 29th. The boys are rumoured to be playing Barcelona that night.

Still, we live in hope

hadn't even heard of the festival myself.

Honky Tonk Man The only reason i don't beleive it egon, is because the Stones are playing in Spain.

I think playing a festival like that is something Mick would want to do. Most Glastonbury goers are youngish and Mick Jagger is the kind of guy who likes to stay hip with the younger music fan.

swapwoodfortaylor Well! Surely you always knew that The Stones wouldn't play Glastonbury. Its just a campsite for low life and dumb Blair-voter types. BUT at least Beefheart's (albeit without him!) Magic Band is playing Shepherds Bush Empire on 7th April at affordable prices!!!
