mcclellan28 A friend of mine told me that Keith played bass on alot of Stones tunes. True? If so, which ones?

Break The Spell Sympathy For the Devil is one where he plays both bass and lead.

doo doo doo Dude His best bassline was definitly Sympathy for the Devil. When he picks up the bass at the end of the "One Plus One" movie and finds that killer groove, it makes sitting through that shite movie worth it.

Mel Belli "Brand New Car" ain't a classic, but Keith's bass work on it is pretty cool. I love what he does on the Winos' "Words of Wonder" too. Keith's got such a singular, and wonderful, sense of rhythm and space - the kind that can come only from a lack of formal training.

Soldatti Keith's an excellent bass player, his playing on the Dirty Mac is unbelievable.

Seeing him play on that show makes bass players actually look cool.

It was a joke, don't take it so hard...

stonedinaustralia of course keith is a great bass player

of all the guitar maestros he is the one with the greatest sense of rythym

except maybe jimi hendrix who could also play the bass

Break The Spell I agree about the Dirty Mac being good. It would have been nice if they did an album together, they were a tight little combo. They were all a bit busy with their "other" bands at the moment of course.
