MrPleasant All I know is that an album of theirs, "The Holy bible", was voted in the UK as the sixth most depressing album ever ("per readers of PA News").

I've heard some previews in the AMG: moderate hard rock, decent hooks. They remind me of Joy Division (but less gloomy).

Dan I remember liking them but I havent listened to them in about 10 years! Did that guy ever wash ashore?

Irresistible-Lady I like the sound of the Manic streat preachers,but it's not a very "happy" band.It's really a band with a message.
