alopt of people cannot copy/burn their own DVDs, but many can watch them. I figured I would send out some DVDs to a list of ROers so they could at least check some of this stuff out. And if you can copy these the discs for yourself, while it is your turn, well then...
I figured I would start with sarstock. it is 2 discs (1 stones, 1 ac/dc and rush).
I would like to keep this to folks we know (I have no idea what happened to some of those permavines) so that the discs dont get lost...
thoughts, or just start a sign up list |

i think you all missed the idea...
if you have a DVD player, and are a known member here, sign up - the DVDs will come to you eventually. If you know how to copy them, or if you want to sign up and volunteer to handle a few B+Ps, that is your perrogative. I just figured at the vewry least, I could share some of these discs with other board members, at least so they could watch them. anything else would be up to you...
if you live in the US, and are interested in trading for the DVD set, then fire me a PM...
otherwise, just sign up to view the things.
and if you feel compelled to offer it up B+P stylie when it is your turn with the discs, say so when you sign up in this thread...

FG - are you in for a B+P..? if you are, glencar will handle it for you...
the DVD is mastered with Rush and AC/DC so if you want to bail on Rush, you will have to remaster your own copy. If you B+P, you get both,,and you can just never watch the Rush part...
if you just want to watch the DVDs, you are 3rd on the list, ya see..?

well I had a chance yesterday to sit and watch the ac/dc set - they really do rock the house...
there were a shitload of people there - you dont see it as much with the Stones because their set is at night, but during ac/dc's set it was afternoon, and WOW! I didnt realize that many people showed up. I'd have hated to be in that muck, though - there are crowd shots, and you see these people just jammed up against the rails, and they are the lucky ones - I couldn't imagine what it would have been like to be in the middle of that crowd. taking a piss must have been a horrendous(sp) task...
the music is sweet, though - any of you guys that were down with the Licks tour will dig this, as well...
and the Justin episode alone is worth the effort - I dont even have the words to describe it, but you definitely want to check it out...
