I am still somewhat puzzled as to why the Stones are playing Little Rock, AR. However, I am not one to look a gift horse in the mouth...so considering tickets are pretty reasonable and it's only a 3 1/2 hour drive...we're going!! I hope there is some fun stuff on the set list. *cough, Worried About You, cough*
Is anyone else going? I haven't heard much at all about this show. Thanks!! |

They want to party with President Clinton, that's why. |

This show was one I strongly considered but had to dump once RCMH reared its giant head. Bubba's more likely to spoil the party at RCMH than Lil Rock as he now lives in the Westchester burbs. |

Oh hell no! Surely it doesn't have anything to do with that. I could give a flying sh*t if he shows up or not, although I'd prefer that he didn't. But no worries...I wouldn't let Slick Willie ruin my good time!! |

Not only might he show up, he might be on stage. After the 2003 global warming benefit concert where he introduced them, Bubba's now ther bud. |

Does anyone really care? I don't understand why it matters. At any rate, I don't think it's a valid explanation of why they chose to play there.

I seriously doubt The Stones are playing Little Rock because of CLINTON.
However , I can imagine partyin with Clinton may teach them something. I hear he's a wild one.
We're heading over to Little Rock tomorrow, hope to meet some of you.
I'd almost bet money Bill Clinton will attend the show, because for him I'm sure it's free, he loves attention and its not like he has anything else to do besides talk about himself and watch the ladies as they pass by.
I just hope he is not invited to play Saxophone onstage. I seriously doubt it, but it would be funny as hell.
Have they played Monkey Man on this Tour?
In Atlanta it was awesome when they broke out "SWAY" and "Worried About You".
Be sure to check out Darryl Jones web site "www.darryljones.com"
He has a message board over there that he actually reads and responds to.

Thats AWESOME.
I'm sure they will do Sympathy for Devil.
I'm excited to see MERLE HAGGARD as well.
Arkansas is not exactly the asshole of of the country, Alabama won that prize years ago, but I hear it runs a close second.
I hope to see some sights while were there. Is there anything to see?
Besides the Library of Slick Willie?
I have no interest in that.
Holla.

I hope he doesn't go. All our tapers and photographers
will have a lot harder time getting equipment
in the door, and that make it harder for all of us
to get boots and or pics.

There's also that place where they filmed the first season of "Simple Life", somewhere in Arkansas anyway. Paris is a woman of many talents ya know. Just ask joey. |

The above photo recreates that magic moment just after a white-clad hunk happens across a spread-eagled, skanky celebutante and just before she suggests they retire inside for a little camcorder sex in front of a loud Chris Rock concert.
Can you say , " effective evocation " ?!?!
