March 3rd, 2005 03:00 PM
Saint Sway Black Crowes guitarist, Rich Robinson, just added an online radio to his website
the show they have up is from Glasgow in December

4th or 5th song in is HAND OF FATE (you can forward to it)

to hear it go to:
www.richrobinson.net

pretty smokin version for a 3-piece. Let me know what you think...

glencar Cool! I'm replaying it already!

Saint Sway this show also includes a version of him doing "Corrina, Corrina"

other covers on this show are Pink Floyd's "Fearless", Jimi Hendrix's "Machine Gun", The Grease Band's "Let It Be Gone" and a rockin cover of CSNY's "Everybody I Love You"

Black Crowes fans listening to the show might want to look out for teases of "Wiser Time" and "Soul Singing"

glencar I didn't like Corrina Corrina as much but I liked HOF & some of the later ones.

MrPleasant Nice banter at the end.

Saint Sway cool. Glad you enjoyed Hand of Fate.

he does Corrina straight from the Dylan version. I much prefer the way that Taj Mahal does it.

I like the encores. The Grease Band song "Let It Be Gone" is very Stonesy.

Mel Belli Love the guy's playing (and writing), but his voice is horrible; he has no business singing.
March 3rd, 2005 04:39 PM
Saint Sway his brother, Chris, inherited the vocal genes

but yes, great songwriter. Great guitarist. He's got a very Keef tone and style. Which is rare and cool.

Whew. For a moment there I thought perhaps you meant Russell Crowe and his band 30 Odd Foot of Grunts.
