Probably cos the Zep tour is off and a Jackson 5 reunion awaits...

Not a surprise .

A friend of mine here at the board was kind enough to send me a copy of the O2 LZ gig and I was ' bored to tears ' !!!

Pagey was great but Plant can no longer hit the High Notes and looked completely ' lost ' .

I immediately had to run and put on The Rolling Stones , Rio DVD and The Who , Omaha DVD before I fell into shock .

Word -- to all your sweet SWEET Bippys !

Factory Girl I saw that Robert is touring with A. Krauss, but it didn't register as a death nail to LZ tour until now.

DAMN IT. I, for one, am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I respect Robert Plan saying "no Thanks" to all that $$$$$, most musicians couldn't have done it.

But, I side with Pagey & John Paul Jones. DAMN IT!

You can have the money, pal!

As I was going to reply in the other thread, I think that's a harbinger of the Jackson 5 reunion tour.

FG, I share the emotion Zep have always been a legend in my book and to actually see them live, well... I had great expectations about this

Bitch OK I went out and bought the new CD with Robert Plant & Alison Krausse. It is the exact opposite of Led Zeppelin music ~ and together they sing as soft and sweet as little bird's voices. Seriously, its angelic, and it sounds effortless and simply magical. After one listen I bought a ticket to see them at the MSG theatre in June. Not usually my style of music, but its beautiful.

Hey FG! I feel the same way sister. Bummer.

And I didn't have any luck getting Plant/Krauss tickets when they went on GA sale this morning for their show at Red Rocks. Couldn't pull anything remotely close. Getting Row 40 when I am in at 10am sharp really sucks.

Well, they proved they could make millions piss their pants over just the thought of a show regardless of how it actually sounds. With his ego still boosted, Plant decided he would rather pursue what's he artistically interested in in the year 2008.

I haven't heard the Plant/Krauss cd, but I suspect its not my cup of vodka. I've seen Page and Plant, and they are AWESOME!! I also saw Page with the Black Crowes, and it was great!!! I saw JP Jones and Plant solo.

I'm most concerned that Pagey stays musically active and tours.
