T&A I have it on good authority that yet another soundboard from the winter '73 tour (Australia) has leaked out. Don't have the particulars...anyone heard/know anything more? Which show? Quality?

fmk438j According to nico zentrgaf (www.nzentgraf.de) the other shows weren't recorded. So maybe the complete Perth and Sydney 26th rather than the incomplete ones we have already?

stoneslib According to a 1973 article in the Aussie newspaper "The Digger" Peter Rudge played a tape of the Stones live in Melbourne and Sydney at the conclusion of the tour.

T&A I may be wrong, but I think Nico is noting where soundboard recordings have been known to exist in circulation - I think it was the practice of the Stones to record all of these shows.

CousinCocaine Don't know about Australia. But in Europe 73 they only recorded some of their shows!

Half Nanker I don't know how "new" this news is because aren't you all talking about the Sydney soundboard that the Japanese Tarantura label released with Perth on "Back Strap Jacket" about a year ago?

Nasty Habits That's what I thought, too - I quoted that catalog entry because I thought it was probably the source, or close to the source, of these rumors.
