Both, the Stones (last Thursday) and U2 (yesterday) shows were on national TV here on different channels. Telefé (#1 CH of the country) broadcasted to U2 and Canal 13 (#2 CH of the country) to the Stones.
Stones Rating: 19.1/23.9
U2 Rating: 16.5/19.1
The previous program to U2 made a Rating of 30, the U2 show lost almost half of the audience. The Stones show kept the audience of the previous program and only lost 3 points. |

Bono steals from Live Aids children's fund for his own porn fund. |

Because my girl gave me the ticket as a gift to attend with her... But don't worry, I'm still a very Stones fan. After seeing U2, more than ever! |

your reasoning is sound....I only wish you would have walked out early, disgusted as I did!
I am happy to hear we won in Argentina...although, I am not as confident about the sales figures, and I dont even want to compare sales of ABB vs U2s latest release. |

Well, if the Stones have to put out souless, slick, boring music like U2's to sell tons of albums, I'm happy with the direction they took on ABB, even knowing it wouldn't sell. Look at the current top 10 singles chart to see the depths you have to sink to have a hit these days.

The show is too political for me.
I don't believe in the Bono's speech.
Down here, the Stones stage was poor, but the band was 100% energy.
The U2 stage was the same that USA, but the band is like the Stones grandfathers... |

That's the vibe I got when I watch U2 on any TV show, I'd never see them live personally, they always rub me the wrong way. And Bono's speeches are empty words from a man who thinks he's the second coming. |

Can you imagine Bono at 62? LOL
Mick is energy!
Please, give him the Nobel prize. Maybe in that case, he'll stop to talk bullshit!
What does he know about Argentinian poor people? Did he see them by the Four Seasons Mansion window? Gimme a break! I hate that chubby guy!

All I know is at 62 he'll look closer to Ted Kennedy than Mick Jagger. There was a picture of Bono and Mick together in 2002, and it was amazing how out of shape he looked compared to Mick. |

U2 filmed one of the Buenos Aires shows in HD 3D for a future IMAX release...Now that will be cool!

God made Bono fat for making money off his pseudo-religious songs 15-20 years ago. |

Bono was in really bad shape yesterday. |

Yes, I have noted Bono's decline in health in the last 5-6 years.
The lad needs to start working out!
The other band members, particularly Larry and The Edge have kept themselves fighting fit...Bono, on behalf of loving Irish everywhere, lose the fat buddy! |
