StickyFishFingers This is freaking me out right now. I've sent ETix a reply with all the details proving I'm a paid up RS.com member, got my presale code & ticket confirmation number. It's lucky I save & print everything. Anyone else received this message? I'm not going to sleep until I hear back from ETix & my internet is down at home, so I'm gonna be pestering my neighbours a lot tonight:

When you have completed your membership
transaction, please respond to this e-mail with
the following information:

there was a limit of twelve tickets per RSFC

StickyFishFingers i am totally freaking out - if they screw me over, i'll consider legal action. where is ETix? are they in Australia?
3rd March 2006 02:00 AM
Daethgod dunno dude
im still at work
will be home soon and will look into it
sure we got no prob

it was their screwup, and we didnt 'abuse' it

i got 4 for Melb
and 5 for Syd
all on legit rs.com memberships
just wasnt asked for a passcode for the 2nd batch

3rd March 2006 02:13 AM
StickyFishFingers I'm concerned it's someone posing as ETix. I agree with you though re being able to purchase tix without that presale code. I was so confused with all those instructions in the first place that I assumed that the code in the little box on the ticket purchasing screen was the presale code. That ticketing system is so awkward and poorly designed.

If u hear anymore today daeth any chance you could text me on 0414220348? My internet is down at the moment at home thanks to People Telecom friggin me around, doh.

cheers mate

3rd March 2006 05:15 AM
Gazza the fact that there are so many balls ups would indicate its a fuck up at THEIR end

If you have a conformation e-mail that youre a member, that should suffice.

$100 a year and they STILL manage to fuck these things up.
3rd March 2006 05:17 AM
exile Yeah true. I hope its cool. fuck

obviously a huge fuckup their end
3rd March 2006 07:19 AM
RSRTG Just for the sake of it as posted in the other thread....theyve fucked me and my cousin over...this never should have happened and it'sd totally fucked me over...i'm angry but in saying that, I'm confident we can sort this mess out....thank the good one upstairs I aint the only one suffering.
