Topic: How to burn Video T_S Files ?

Hello

I just downloaded a dvd and now have a file Video T_S. How do I burn a dvd with this. I have generally used DVD Decrypter or Roxio to burn, but cannot figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
