Contrary to reports that the Four Flicks concert DVD would hit other retail outlets after the first of the year, The Rolling Stones' exclusive distribution deal with Best Buy will stay in effect at least until the end of March. Brian Lucas of Best Buy tells us the collection has sold almost 300-thousand copies since its November release on U.S and Canada. And now Best Buy is giving away a free copy of Four Flicks with every television purchase of 299 dollars or more. This week "Four Flicks" is at #8 on Billboard Comprehensive Music Videos.
Acording to Soundscan "Four Flicks" has sold 220,000 copies on U.S since his realese but:
220,000 copies + free copies + promo copies + Canada (more than 30,000 copies sold) the numbers are right.
Oh! RIAA didn't award the DVD still but with that numbers x 4 the award is 9x Platinum. |

is that alot or a little..? has 4F exceeded, met, or failed to meet market expectations..?
I thought platinum = 1 million units sold. so the 4F package has yet to go gold (500K copies)... am I missing something..?

1 million = Platinum is for records. I've read that in DVD charts, Platinum means 25,000 units sold. So 220,000 does make it 9X platinum. |

The patriots should not have won their first superbowl as the refs blew that "fumble call" agains the raiders...This year, they were very mediocre and were lucky to play a girls team like Carolina...We (the dolphins) were clearly the better team and but for a few bad breaks, we would have won the superbowl. |
