What does Mick do for excersise these days? I know he jogged alot before. Does he still? Anyone know? He seems to be incorporating weights and dancing into his routine alot more these days I see on Four Flicks and Being Mick.
Anyone know more details?
I know this is an irrelevant thing but Micks fitness and the atleticism he incorporates into performing has always intriged me.

He does a mix of stretching, aerobics and muscle building with his fitness coach Torje Eike. But as seen in FF, there's also dance practice. Both Eike and the dance consultant got credits in FF.

mickmask I read recently that he runs 5-6 miles a day!! He also does 1 hour of light weights and stretches. Man, if I'm doing that at 60 I'll be happy.....or dead.
