I was given a tape years ago...not likely an actual stones album..but a collection of their songs..it started with "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN>>>>WOULD YOU WELCOME PLEASE>>>THE ROLLING STONES!!!!!!!! Then it went into a song that started with an insane guitar riff....maybe "can't you hear me knockin"....anybodywith any thoughts on what song it might have been and where I can score the same tune with the introduction? thanks for your help...Woody |

I was at the show...it's my favorite part of the album...because of the memories of the show ...and besides...the rest of the album is a total trainwreck!!!

Well, my original thought was Still Life but when I listened to it, it didn't match up to the topic description. Anyway, I'm glad I listened to Still Life again. What a fucking opening! Under My Thumb in 81 was excellent |
