Vegas is the Best Restaurant Town outside of Chicago and the shopping mecca called " The Forum " next to " Caesars Palace " is beyond extravagant . Oh , there is also " Hoover Dam " and hiking at " Red Rock Canyon " in the Spring Mountains .
