parmeda I am staying close to home today...minus 12 degrees outside *brrrr*
Yeah right, like I want to go out and adhere myself to the sidewalks!
I'll just whip up some of these and wrap myself in a blanket

SOUR APPLE MARTINI

Martini Shaker - add a thin layer of ice.
(Ice that are like disks work the best)
1/4 lemon
1/2 lime
1 Granny Smith Apple quartered and then thinly sliced.
1 TBS Sugar
1 oz of Sweet & Sour
Thin layer of ice

Muddle the whole mess until smooth

Add:
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Kyper's Pucker Apple Liquor or Apple Brandy
Shake & Strain into a 10 oz martini glass and garnish with an apple wedge.

Proceed directly to your stereo.
Kick on some jazz.
...yum!

luxury1 Hey--Gang!! News Flash. I havent ever read this entire thread, so I dont know if anyone has mentioned this before, but anyway......
You know that stuff Chaser, you see advertised on TV all the time?? A natural enzyme that you take with the first drink, and add another during your round of drinking--it keeps the hangover demon to a dull roar??!! Well, it works!! I had 5 martinis last night, and am functioning on a near perfect level (if my husband is reading this, I only had 2).

Great 'back-peddling', Lux!
Aren't martini's the best? I am hooked on the apple ones. As a matter of fact, I'm getting ready to make a few pitcherfuls for todays festivities...that, and I'll be a permanent fixture in the kitchen slinging out one tray after another! They don't celebrate the Super Bowl...they celebrate the Never-Ending-Munch-Day
